It is because of our effective training program that we have one of the lowest employee turnover rates in our industry, which means consistent service for our customers.

Our unique training program is iconic, simple, measureable and most importantly, "green". We provide adult-based learning which includes hands-on training as well as iconic, picture-based instruction. Associates receive a job card that illustrates each task and reiterates training to reduce errors and language barriers. We encourage continual improvement by providing monthly training which addresses the needs of our customers and changes in our industry.

Job cards and related training are tailored specifically to the needs of each and every facility. They are also color coded and time-tasked in order to assure completion. Job responsibilities are organized by specialty, with each associate's training being tailored to his/her specific area of concentration.
