Job management using site analysis

We understand the importance of differentiating each of our customers, as well as each of their facilities.

Once Servi-Tek is awarded a contract, we complete our Site Analysis Report at the facility. Information from the site analysis report is housed in our database and downloads through Servi-Trak™ to develop our color coded job cards. The job cards are used daily by our associates in order to assure completion and increase accountability. Additional information pertinent to each account is included in the 'notes' section to eliminate errors.

Servi-Tek prides itself on using technology in a way that differentiates us from our competitors. If a facility ever requires a change in service, Servi-Trak™ will generate an automated work order that gets to our associates in real time. Their job cards also reflect the change so that the changes are integrated seamlessly.
