INSPECT & PLAN

Perform site walk and inspection of entire facility.  Conduct tenant interviews to identify special requirements.  Enter all data into Servi-Trak.

eQUIP & TRAIN

Procurement of uniforms, equipment, and supplies.  Review and train staff on customized maintenance plans.

03.
deliver & INSPECT

Senior management on-site during the start-up phase to provide guidance and continued training. QA inspections begin.  Reports generated.
