Servi-Tek employs environmentally sound practices through the exclusive use of products that meet the strict requirements of green cleaning. This practice removes the impact of natural resource consumption, enhances occupant health and minimizes the strain on local infrastructures while improving the bottom line for our customers.

Associates are trained in the use of earth-friendly chemicals as well as the appropriate application and use of equipment to make them most effective. Unlike many of our competitors, we offer green cleaning as a standard of operation, not as an option in a menu of services. And because we meet industry standards for green cleaning, our customers can be one step closer to achieving LEED certification.
